- Our furniture is handmade to order in the UK. Please allow 4 - 5 weeks manufacture time before we contact you to schedule a delivery.
- We currently offer free delivery to mainland addresses in England. Please contact us to enquire about all other locations prior to ordering.
- If you change your mind, we will refund undamaged items which are returned to us in a saleable condition, provided you notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to standard (non-bespoke) orders only. You will need to organise your own return delivery to arrive within one month to our workshops in Guildford, Surrey.
